Daniel first Karate class

Monday Sep 8 was Daniel first Karate Class
He has been waiting for long time for Karate
Since we were Sunderland I think, but mom never send him, because we will move anyway
So, when we knew that there is Karate Class in the community activity, without thinking twice, we signed up.
The first class went...hm... what should I say? overwhelming for the teacher and kids I think
They are very young 5-6 old and the teacher is not very young, the kids are I think cant absord everything that he taught.
Some of them are really not serious, giggling and laughing, and keep smiling
Fortunately some are very serious listening

It was hard, its not just kicking together, but lots of steps that they have to memorize. I think the hard part is memorizing the steps ( mom tried to memorize it too for Daniel practice at home)

And it went 20 minutes over, the teacher was very good, he didnt care about his time, he wants all students to understand and everybody got the same chance to show it in front of everybody.

At the beginning he promised that whoever did the best will have a chance to wear a red belt for one week (bring it home and return it the next week)
And guess what?
Daniel got it....
Mom was sooo proud of him, eventhough we all know that actually none of those kids did everything as the teacher expected.
Maybe he chose Daniel only because he is listening and following direction
