Today we started early, pick up the Uhaul first and then pick up the sofa and love seat.
In a new place, it wasnt as easy as you can plan, first we missed the Uhaul store, and started to worry, but then we found it.
Then mom worried about the sofa, will we strong enough to lift it up?
A little bit story behind it, last monday we did sofa hunting and found this sofa and couch, previously owned by a young doctor who will move out of state. Its a good quality sofa and still in excellent condition, as good as you can expect, with a great price too

Back to the story, he is very friendly and kind, he helped dad lift both sofa and love seat
Last but not least, how to lift it up from Uhaul into our living room
The biggest problem is: will that fit our front door?

Fortunately, or should we say THANK GOD, that it fit perfectly, and it wasn't easy, means we dont know what happened if the door is 1 inch smaller or the sofa is 1 inch bigger, maybe mom will cry to death if it doesn't fit
Mom know a sad story about my mom's friend who bring sofa from hundred miles away and didnt fit to the door and has to throw it away.

Anyway , now our house looks more homy and the living room start to look like what it should.Few days ago we still use the living room as Thomas the tank engine tracks and stations :)

Afther sofa business is done, dad bring Daniel to his pizza lunch and Mom brought Clarissa to her pizza lunch
Its a bad idea for 2 schools to held a new students piza lunch at the same time.
Fortunately dad agreed to go to work late
We met other Japanese family at Cla's school who his brother cant attent the event because his dad cant skip work

It was fun to meet other new families,and they asked the students at the same grade to sit together in the same table. There are 5 new 5th graders, and one of them, a girl, is in the same class with Cla. (There are 5 classes)
Its good for her to meet somebody, and because both of them are new, they are happy to know each other.

The school counselor who arrange everything today, took picture of all 3rd, 4rd and 5th grader to be post at the school bulettin, so everybody will know who are new.

After the lunch and explanation about everything by the principal, we had a tour. Its really nice to see almost every single room of the school.
The 5rd grade classes are in one wing, 3 down stairs and 2 classes are upstairs.
Clarissa's class is in down stair and her classroom door is very close to cafetaria door :)Hopefully she wont smell the yummy food everytime and feel hungry before lunch time :):)
