Woman dies at Otis Spunkmeyer plant www.privateofficer.com

WEST COLUMBIA, SC Sept 22 2012Investigators with the Lexington County Coroner's Office andthe Lexington County Sheriff's Department are looking into the workplace deathof a Columbiawoman.
Coroner Harry Harman says 47-year-old Susan Henley of Columbia was killed on the job at the Otis Spunkmeyerplant in West Columbia Wednesday. The accidentoccurred at 11:28 p.m.
Harman said Henley wasattempting to unload a truck on the loading dock when she was found beneath theloading dock plate. She died at the scene.
Harman ruled the death accidental.
