Sarasota Fla Nov 27 2012 Scott J. Schuhriemen, a BB&T loan officer indicted forbank fraud earlier this month, pleaded guilty to charges of conspiring toproduce statements with erroneous information to a federally insured lender.Schuhriemen was the 20th person to be indicted and will facefines, which could reach as high as $250,000, and up to five years in prison,the Sarasota Herald-Tribune said. He was involved in a ring of home flippersled by former Sarasotareal estate agents R. Craig Adams and Rich Bobka, the Herald-Tribune said.Schuhriemen made 19 home equity loans to other members ofthe conspiracy in 2006 and 2007, but only two of those loans are described inthe plea agreement.Additional indictments in the case are expected, theHerald-Tribune said. Schuhriemen is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 4 toenter a formal plea before U.S. Magistrate Thomas B. McCoun III.
